Hey, I’m Sterling! I’ve been doing hair since 2022, and I’m obsessed with learning everything I can to bring my clients the best techniques and services. Whether you’re here for a fresh cut, a color change, a scalp reset, or some much-needed self-care, I’ve got you covered. My goal is to make sure you leave my chair feeling confident and loving your look! I do my best to accommodate busy schedules! If you don’t see a time that works for you, send me a message through the booking app, Instagram, or Facebook—I’ll try to fit you in if I can. A few things to keep in mind when booking: • Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service. • Running Late? Things happen! If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so I have enough time for your service. • No Refunds: I don’t offer refunds, but if something isn’t right, let me know within a reasonable time, and I’ll do my best to fix it. CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate other clients waiting on on appointment. If a client fails to cancel their appointment within 24 hours, they will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled.
